Thursday 2nd April 2015 

Start- 2:19pm 

Cat: Food list is up and so far everyone needs to pay £40.00 each if you want to have a look through and let me know what you think. I had to add halal food too for Fraaz and anyone else who eats halal food. We can place a section for the food on the table with a sign saying halal food and on other side of the table a sign saying non halal food. 

Phil: Ok brilliant all seems ok to me 

Tom: We need to speak to Brendan about funding and all looks ok to me 

Mike: Ok looks good to me 

Bobbi: We are not doing tea and coffee so we can take that off the list. We need the beer which is £12.00 per 20 cans so need to change that. We do not need that much wine. 

Cat: Ok was not sure so I will take that off. I will change the beer and the wine what about 4 boxed white wine? and 8 bottles of rose? 

Bobbi: Yeah sounds much better plus we have water, orange and Pepsi too 

Cat: £33.00 per person. The blog has been updated I have added a section for Fraaz to place Logo designs, Mike the Recce, Tom and Wayne's book designs and Equipment list for Cameron.

Start- 9:58am 

Cat: I have received an email from Elena we do not need cleaning supplies, dust pan and brush, bin bags so I can take that off the food list. The rubbish we can place in black bags outside the front of the shop. We can put signs up but must use white tac only, can black out the windows and place posters out side the window or on the door. And for images she said best to be framed or use black clips which she has at the venue.
