Emails sent to Elena in charge of the venue
I have sent 4 emails to Elena one she replied to which was for sending our work and the other 3 emails are of the same you see above in the image which I still have not been given a reply in 3 weeks. If we are unable to gain a reply then I will try to phone again which I had no luck last time but as I know Mike is visiting the venue to check the recce is all ok alongside Phil and Kini then I will give him the list of questions which we need answered.
After a few emails to Elena I was finally able to gain a reply. So I will phone next time if we have any questions to ask. As Mike, Kini and Phil are visiting in two weeks time it would be an idea for them to ask Elena about Invites. She did originally say that she was managing the bar but that seems to have changed so we will need to get someone in to manage the bar. We have Phillip Newberry to help either man the bar or food but it would be an idea to have two people one on food and one on drink so they are not alone.
