Guest list and invites
As I was tasked with creating a guest list for our venue and sending special invites I was in charge of collating the email information. For family and friends this information was relatively easy to acquire. It's good to note however that not everyone checks their emails regularly so in those instances group members agreed to inform their friends and family in person.
These people were still added to the guest list as we still needed to keep an eye on the number of potential bodies that will be in the building for health and safety purposes.
Industry professionals were found mainly through the use of the internet by looking for London based animation studios and seeing which companies may be relevant when attending the exhibition. Others were sourced through contacts that had a foot already in the industry and that would possibly show an interest. Once the necessary information was collected all that was left was to send the invites. The design of the invitation was produced by Bobbi, a few other designs by other members of the group were made but Bobbi's stood out as our group favourite for it's simplicity and style.
