We visited this venue as it was close to our current location, there were two rooms to look at ans the first pictured was booked on the dates we were looking for. The second smaller room, was still a suitable size for our needs and we think we could still work with the space provided. However, the location is not in an artistically driven area and there is the downside of the possibility of not getting a lot of non-invite interest, but the venue is well within our budget and looks to be promising.
The smaller room is 34ft by 38ft
Location wise it is close to college with a maximum of a 20 minute bus ride from said location.
The Anise Gallery is in a prime location, being along the Thames and also looking much more professional as an exhibition venue. It is relatively easy to get to with a 40 minute drive time and a 1 hour public transport time from college. The price is slightly hire that the Daggers Function Room, but it covers four days, fully staffed. All information is in the brochure link bellow. The downside is it is a lot further away than the other venue, but it is a lot cheaper that other locations in London.
Is in a good location only 2 minutes from the nearest station, the price is at the higher end of this list.

Our dry hire rental rate is based on :
£800+VAT/ day for a event to 6pm.
£980+VAT/day for day a event to 9pm.
£1250+VAT for events ending up at midnight.
We offer 5 days for £3250+VAT and 1 week for £4250+VAT and more discount for longer booking.
We offer -20% for students and charities.
We have 1 projector included in the price.
Our rate enables you access to the entire venue premises and storage areas (if needed), public liability insurance, all utilities and high speed wifi. We have a few tables and chairs, 2 separate walls, backyard, 1 outdoor bar, parking,storage, kitchen, wooden benches ,(2 fridges, 1 microwave).
As a dry-hire venue, you are welcome to bring in whatever you require for your event meaning decorations/equipment/etc. can be brought in.
Our overall capacity for the venue is 250 people standing, and 180 seating.
